Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping charges are your responsibility. Product must be returned unused with all original packaging and accessories. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your original delivery date. Include a copy of your sales receipt with your return. A return authorization number is not required. Simply meet the above conditions and return the product to the address shown above. Shipping & Handling
We utilize UPS to ship our products to you. We have found their services to be the most reliable and efficient compared to competing delivery companies. Our web site is integrated with UPS Online to determine the actual shipping charges. We offer overnight, Second Day Air, 3 day and Ground shipping. These orders are shipped the same day if received before 11 am. All other orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday from the Seattle, WA area.

3 Day Select is not available in your state. Please select UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. If you choose 3 Day Select then there will be a delay in your shipment until we can contact you to make other arrangements which will adjust your shipping cost.
We accept online credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept qualifying company purchase orders.
